Vegetarian Diet

We can offer a diet which will be free from any meat, fish, seafood or animal by-products such as gelatine. The diet may include milk, cheese, eggs, vegetables, cereals, bread, fruits, nuts and many more delicious range of foods

Below is a sample of a vegetarian menu showing the different kinds of meals that may be offered. This menu may be subject to change, a mixture or combination of the food shown or may not be exactly the same for any particular week

Breakfast Cereal with milk, Orange juice
Morning break A glass of fruit juices and small box of raisins or different fruits
Lunch Butter on crackers, Banana or Salad sandwich, Carrot sticks or Macaroni, Fruit salad, Bread, Green beans
Milk or Juice or Water is offer as a drink
After school Butter and crackers
Milk or Juice or Water is offer as a drink
Dinner Lentil-tomato, Mashed potatoes or Baked beans with Baked potato, Spinach, Pineapple chunks or Soup, Salad with greens, carrots
Milk or Juice or Water is offer as a drink
Evening Slice whole meal toast with peanut butter
