Below are some examples in which we have tried to explain how our charges work.
Our fees vary based on the number of contracted hours your child is within our care. Overtime or extra time is charged at double rate against the contracted weekly care hours. The tables and descriptions below are only shown as examples and may not reflect our correct hours of business, nor may it reflect the correct rate.

Contracted Hours: You need care from 08:00 (8:00am) till 18:00 (6.00pm) per day from Monday to Friday. The care time is 10 contracted hours* per day for 5 days which adds up to 50 hours for the entire week. If care is provided for all the contracted days and hours for the entire week, we will charge £234.00 per week @ £4.68 per hour.

Monday: Your child is in our care from 08:00 (8:00am) till 18:00 (6.00pm) which is 10 hours, we will charge for 10 hours at full rate for that day
Tuesday: You pick your child at 16:00 (4.00pm) which is 2 hours earlier, then we will charge 8 hours at full fee and 2 hours at half fee, these are retainer hours
Wednesday: You pick your child at 19:00 (7.00pm) which is 1 hour over, then we will charge 10 hours at full fee and 1 hour extra at double fee, this is extra hour
Thursday: If for any reason your child does not come or you do not need our service for the day, then we will charge you 50% of the contracted fee for the 10 contracted hours as retainer hours
Friday: Your child is in our care from 08:00 (8:00am) till 18:00 (6.00pm) which is 10 hours, we will charge £58.50 for that day
In this case the care cost for the week will be: £215.28

Wednesday: You drop your child at 06:00 (6.00am) which is 1 hour earlier and pick your child at 20:00 (8.00pm) which is 1 hour later, then we will charge 6 hours at full fee and 2 hour extra at full fee, this is extra hour
Thursday: If for any reason your child does not come or you do not need our service for the day, then we will charge you 50% of the contracted fee for the 6 contracted hours as retainer hours and 50% for the drop-off and pick-up
Friday: Your child is in our care from 07:00 (7:00am) till 09:00 (9:00am) and from 15:00 (3:00pm) till 19:00 (7:00pm) which is 6 hours, we will charge for 6 hours at full rate for that day

Contracted Hours: You need care from 08:00 (8:00am) till 09:00 (9:00am) and from 15:00 (3:00pm) till 16:00 (4:00pm) per day from Monday to Friday. The care time is 2 contracted hours* per day for 5 days which adds up to 10 hours plus 5 school drop-off's** and 5 pick-up's** for the entire week. If care is provided for all the contracted days and hours for the entire week, we will charge £40.00 per week @ £4.00 per hour plus £15.00 @ £3.00 per drop-off** and £15.00 @ £3.00 per pick-up**.

Monday: Your child is in our care from 08:00 (8:00am) till 09:00 (9:00am) and from 15:00 (3:00pm) till 16:00 (4:00pm) which is 2 hours, we will charge for 2 hours at full rate for that day
Tuesday: For any reason you don't need a morning drop-off for your child at 08:00 (8.00am), and only a afternoon pick-up. Then we will charge 1 hour at half fee for the morning, this is retainer hour plus 50% for the drop-off and full fee for the afternoon
Wednesday: You need a morning drop-off for your child at 08:00 (8.00am), but a late pick-up at 16:00 (4.00pm) which is 1 hour later, then we will charge 1 hour at full fee and 1 hour at half fee plus 1 hour extra at double fee, this is extra hour
Thursday: If for any reason you don't need our service for the day, then we will charge you 50% of the contracted fee for the 2 contracted hours as retainer hours and 50% for the drop-off and pick-up
Friday: Your child is in our care from 08:00 (8:00am) till 09:00 (9:00am) and from 15:00 (3:00pm) till 16:00 (4:00pm) which is 2 hours, we will charge for 2 hours at full rate for that day
In this case the care cost for the week will be: £65.50

* Contracted hours: you can have these hours increased or decreased, If you decrease your hours, they will become open and may be given to another child
* School run: We charge an additional £3.00 per child for every pick up and £3.00 per child for every drop off. £3.00 for drop off's or pick up's only applies if school/nursery is within a ½ mile radius from where we are. If between ½ to 1 mile its £4.00, if between 1 to 1½ miles its £5.00 and so on.
Home/Nursery/Club/Gym or after School Activity/Class/Club: We charge an additional £4.00 per child for every pick up and £4.00 per child for every drop off. £4.00 for drop off's or pick up's only applies if school/nursery or after school/nursery activity/class/club is within a ½ mile radius from where we are. If between ½ to 1 mile its £5.00, if between 1 to 1½ miles its £6.00 and so on.
The charges are based on crow flight distance (aerial distance) from where we are, not road distance.
