Our fees totally depend on the hours and days of care you require. Below are examples of each care in which we have tried to explain how our charges work

Full-time Care:

You need care from 08:00 (8:00am) till 18:00 (6.00pm). The care time is 10 contracted hours* for your child

Case #1: Your child is in our care from 08:00 (8:00am) till 18:00 (6.00pm) which is 10 hours, we will charge £45.00 for that day

(10 hrs x £4.50) = £45.00

Case #2: You pick your child at 16:00 (4.00pm) which is 2 hours earlier, then we will charge 8 hours at full fee and 2 hours at half fee, these are retainer hours

(8 hrs x £4.50) + (2 hrs x £2.25) = £40.50

Case #3: You pick your child at 19:00 (7.00pm) which is 1 hour over, then we will charge 10 hours at full fee and 1 hour extra at full fee, this is extra hour

(10 hrs x £4.50) + (1 hr x £4.50) = £49.50

Case #4: If for any reason your child does not come or you do not need our service for the day, then we will charge you 50% of the normal fee for the 10 contracted hours as retainer hours

(10 hr x £2.25) = £22.50

You need care from 09:00 (9:00am) till 16:00 (4.00pm). The care time is 7 contracted hours* for your child

Case #1: Your child is in our care from 09:00 (9:00am) till 16:00 (4.00pm) which is 7 hours, we will charge £35 for that day

(7 hrs x £5.00) = £35.00

Case #2: You pick your child at 15:00 (3.00pm) which is 1 hour earlier, then we will charge 6 hours at full fee and 1 hour at half fee, this is retainer hour

(6 hrs x £5.00) + (1 hr x £2.50) = £32.50

Case #3: You pick your child at 17:00 (5.00pm) which is 1 hour over, then we will charge 7 hours at full fee and 1 hour extra at full fee, this is extra hour

(7 hrs x £5.00) + (1 hr x £5.00) = £40.00

Case #4: For any reason your child does not come or you do not need our service for the day, then we will charge you 50% of the normal fee for the 7 contracted hours as retainer hours

(7 hr x £2.50) = £17.50

You need care from 09:00 (9:00am) till 13:00 (1.00pm). The care time is 4 contracted hours* for your child

Case #1: Your child is in our care from 09:00 (9:00am) till 13:00 (1.00pm) which is 4 hours, we will charge £24 for that day

(4 hrs x £6.00) = £24.00

Case #2: You pick your child at 12:00 (12.00pm) which is 1 hour earlier, then we will charge 3 hours at full fee and 1 hour at half fee, this is retainer hour

(3 hrs x £6.00) + (1 hr x £3.00) = £21.00

Case #3: You pick your child at 14:00 (2.00pm) which is 1 hour over, then we will charge 4 hours at full fee and 1 hour extra at full fee, this is extra hour

(4 hrs x £6.00) + (1 hr x £6.00) = £30.00

Case #4: For any reason your child does not come or you do not need our service for the day, then we will charge you 50% of the normal fee for the 4 contracted hours as retainer hours

(4 hr x £3.00) = £12.00

You need care from 07:00 (7:00am) till 9:00 (9:00am). The care time is 2 contracted hours* for your child

Case #1: Your child is in our care from 07:00 (7:00am) till 9:00 (9:00am) which is 2 hours, we will charge £12.00 for that day

(2 hrs x £6.00) = £12.00

Case #2: You drop your child at 8:00 (8.00am) which is 1 hour later, then we will charge 1 hour at full fee and hour at half fee, this is retainer hour

(1 hr x £6.00) + (1 hr x £3.00) = £9.00

Case #3: You drop your child at 6:00 (6.00am) which is 1 hour earlier, then we will charge 2 hours at full fee and 1 hour extra at full fee, this is extra hour

(2 hrs x £6.00) + (1 hr x £6.00) = £18.00

Case #4: If for any reason your child does not come or you do not need our service for the day, then we will charge you 50% of the normal fee for the 2 contracted hours as retainer hours

(2 hrs x £3.00) = £6.00

You need care from 15:00 (3:00pm) till 19:00 (7:00pm). The care time is 4 contracted hours* for your child

Case #1: Your child is in our care from 15:00 (3:00pm) till 19:00 (7:00pm) which is 4 hours, we will charge £24.00 for that day

(4 hrs x £6.00) = £24.00

Case #2: You pick your child at 18:00 (6.00pm) which is 1 hour earlier, then we will charge 3 hour at full fee and 1 hour at half fee, this is retainer hour

(3 hr x £6.00) + (1 hr x £3.00) = £21.00

Case #3: You pick your child at 20:00 (8.00pm) which is 1 hour later, then we will charge 4 hours at full fee and 1 hour extra at full fee, this is extra hour

(4 hrs x £6.00) + (1 hr x £6.00) = £30.00

Case #4: If for any reason your child does not come or you do not need our service for the day, then we will charge you 50% of the normal fee for the 4 contracted hours as retainer hours

You need care from 07:00 (7:00am) till 09:00 (9:00am) and from 15:00 (3:00pm) till 19:00 (7:00pm). The care time is 6 contracted hours* for your child

Case #1: Your child is in our care from 07:00 (7:00am) till 09:00 (9:00am) and from 15:00 (3:00pm) till 19:00 (7:00pm) which is 6 hours, we will charge £36.00 for that day

(6 hrs x £6.00) = £36.00

Case #2: You drop your child at 08:00 (8.00am) which is 1 hour later and pick your child at 18:00 (6.00pm) which is 1 hour earlier, then we will charge 4 hour at full fee and 2 hour at half fee, this is retainer hour

(4 hr x £6.00) + (2 hr x £3.00) = £30.00

Case #3: You drop your child at 06:00 (6.00am) which is 1 hour earlier and pick your child at 20:00 (8.00pm) which is 1 hour later, then we will charge 6 hours at full fee and 2 hour extra at full fee, this is extra hour

(6 hrs x £6.00) + (2 hr x £6.00) = £48.00

Case #4: If for any reason your child does not come or you do not need our service for the day, then we will charge you 50% of the normal fee for the 6 contracted hours as retainer hours

(6 hrs x £3.00) = £18.00

You need care from 08:00 (8:00am) till 09:00 (9:00am) and from 15:00 (3:00pm) till 16:00 (4:00pm). The care time is 2 contracted hours* for your child

Case #1: Your child is in our care from 08:00 (8:00am) till 09:00 (9:00am) and from 15:00 (3:00pm) till 16:00 (4:00pm) which is 2 hours, we will charge £13.00 for that day

(2 hrs x £6.50) = £13.00

Case #2: For any reason you don't need a morning pick-up and drop-off for your child at 08:00 (8.00am), and only a afternoon pick-up and drop-off. Then we will charge 1 hour at half fee for the morning, this is retainer hour. And normal fee for the afternoon

(1 hr x £3.25) + (1 hr x £6.50) = £9.75

Case #3: You need a morning pick-up and drop-off for your child at 08:00 (8.00am), but a late pick-up and drop-off at 16:00 (4.00pm) which is 1 hour later, then we will charge 1 hour at full fee and 1 hour at half fee plus 1 hour extra at full fee, this is extra hour

(1 hr x £6.50) + (1 hr x £3.25) + (1 hr x £6.50) = £16.25

Case #4: If for any reason you don't need our service for the day, then we will charge you 50% of the normal fee for the 2 contracted hours as retainer hours

(2 hrs x £3.25) = £6.50

Your contracted care-time is from 15:00 (3:00pm) till 18:00 (6.00pm). The care time is 3 contracted hours* for your child

Case #1: Your child is in our care from 15:00 (3:00pm) till 18:00 (6.00pm) which is 3 hours, we will charge £18.00 for that day

(3 hrs x £6.00) = £18.00

Case #2: You drop your child at 16:00 (4.00pm) which is 1 hour later, then we will charge 1 hour at half fee (this is retainer hour) and 2 hours at full fee,

(1 hr x £3.00) + (2 hrs x £6.00) = £15.00

Case #3: You drop your child at 09:00 (9.00am) which is 6 hours earlier, then we will charge 6 hours at full fee (these are extra hours) and 3 hours at full fee,

(6 hrs x £7.00) + (3 hr x £6.00) = £60.00

Case #4: If for any reason your child does not come or you do not need our service for the day, then we will charge you 50% of the normal fee for the 3 contracted hours as retainer hours

Your contract care-time from 11:00 (11:00am) till 17:00 (5.00pm). The care time is 6 contracted hours* for your child

Case #1: Your child is in our care from 11:00 (11:00am) till 17:00 (5.00pm) which is 6 hours, we will charge £48.00 for that day

(6 hrs x £8.00) = £48.00

Case #2: You pick your child at 16:00 (4.00pm) which is 1 hour earlier, then we will charge 5 hours at full fee and 1 hour at half fee (this is retainer hour),

(4 hrs x £8.00) + (1 hr x £4.00) = £36.00

Case #3: You pick your child at 18:00 (6.00pm) which is 1 hour later, then we will charge 6 hours at full fee and 1 hour at full fee, (this is extra hour)

(6 hrs x £8.00) + (1 hr x £8.00) = £56.00

Case #4: Once the care hours have been contracted and if for any reason your child does not come or you do not need our service for the day, then we will charge you 50% of the normal fee for the 6 contracted hours as retainer hours

(6 hrs x £4.00) = £24.00
